Events - Channukah Party - December 18, 2011

At Congregation Ayin L'Tzion, we seek opportunities to come together as a community, whether it be focused on a holiday, a social occasion or youth activity.  As well, we participate in wider community events with the Toronto Jewish community.
 
Ayin L'Tzion is also the perfect venue to plan your own family event, such as a baby naming, bar mitzvah or kiddush.  Our reasonable sponsorship rates are posted in the Donations & Sponsorships section.  And we assure you,  our food is always delicious and abundant!

Congregation Ayin L'Tzion and the Canadian Friends of Yeshiva University are proud to welcome Rabbi Meir Goldwicht for the shabbat of Tazria-Metzorah, May 7-8.  Rabbi Goldwicht is a Rosh Yeshiva at YU's Mazer School of Talmudic Studies and the head of the Stone Beit Medrash program.  He is a renowned speaker with devoted students around the globe.
 
Please join us Friday night at an intimate and inspiring Oneg Shabbat at the home of Jeffrey and Annette Brown, at 246 Spring Gate Blvd, at 9:30pm.
 
Rabbi Goldwich will speak after Tefillah on shabbat morning, on the topic:
"Between Yom Ha'Atzmaut and Yom Yerushalayim: The Present and the Future in the Eyes of Chazal." 
Shacharit begins at 9am.  Hot kiddush to follow.

The 3rd annual shul picnic took place Sunday August 16 at the Racco Parkway Park (near the Pavillion). Pizza, drinks, snacks, splash pad and games. Thanks to all of our sponsors and volunteers for making this event possible!
